Job Description

As a Production Manager, you will be a driving force in the production process. Together with your team, you will ensure that production runs according to plan and meets set goals regarding performance, quality, safety, and economy.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working in production, strong technical competence, and experience leading a team towards set goals!

In the role of Production Manager, you have personnel responsibility for a shift team of approximately 15 employees. You lead and distribute work, as well as coach and develop your employees in their roles. You work to ensure that production is carried out in line with objectives and current procedures, taking active ownership of your employees' efforts and the results of the shift.

You are responsible for occupational health and safety issues and drive the systematic work environment management for your area. Together with other functions, you will also drive our improvement work (World Class Manufacturing) towards a world-class factory! As support, you have technical assistance from Process and Production Technicians as well as Lead Operators.

Personnel responsibilities include:

• Time reporting
• Salary negotiations and participation in salary reviews
• Employee interviews
• Planning of training initiatives
• Personnel planning – short-term as well as recruitment

Qualifications

• Work experience from production
• Work experience from a leadership role with personnel responsibility within production
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Knowledge of tools for production monitoring and result reporting is a merit
• Technical education, e.g., Process Engineer or similar, is a merit

Other Information

• Reports to the Line Manager for the area
• The role is based on a 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) or weekend shifts
